They come and go
Its not everyone thats worth holding on to
Thnk about it
....we have friends that we are close with
....friends that are close to us
....friends we can always count on
....friends we can always talk to
....friends that we call wenever you need something
....friends that we dont even know their last name
....friends that are bad influence
....friends that are filthy rich, well to do and poor
....friends with benefits
Which of these do we hold on to?
The kind of respect you give to people depicts the kind of friends they'll be to you
The kind of language, intonation u use with your friends says what you want from that friendship
The attitude and manner you show towards them put them in a certain category
Friends come and go but there are just a few you should be able to hold on to
Being in a friendship is just like being in a relationship...it's a two way thing without the romance and intimacy...
Patience, Communication, Kindness, Care, Acceptance, Trust...the key to true friendship

Hv u ever woken up and wondered how u got into this world?
Ever wondered how u opened your eyes to notice it was a different day?
How it is soo easy for you to get up and walk? Right leg, left leg, right leg, left leg
The wonders of life can never be explained until you understand fully the power God is enriched with
Each day there are obstacles that come our way preventing us from driving through the smooth road
Ever wonder how we are able to dodge them or even go over them without getting fully damaged..?
People hvnt noticed and realised the gift of life and therefore waste it by doing drugs and turning to the devil
Some have a good life but have not noticed and realized the work God has done for them
Every single person is alive today because of a prayer someone said for them
Ever noticed there are wicked people that occupy this earth?
That is because God wants us to learn and be able to bring them to Him
The little things in life are the ones worth appreciating the most
A simple prayer can make a day that was destined to be bad, turn good
People say 'live your life as if it were your last day on earth' but i say 'live your life with God and you would never have to worry about your last day on earth'
I urge u to sit back n think about everything on this earth and wonder how it all came to life
They can all be scientifically proven but what is the root of that theory..?
Theres only one answer to everything and that is God
So therefore never let a day go by without saying three words
'Thank You God'

my time

This is my time to rejuvenate...and become better
Rediscover and create the best
Search for the people that will help keep up the best
Life is a struggle that may lead you to your rest
But you gotta know how to live life to the fullest
Be at peace with yourself and be the realest
For there are people out there that are the 'fakest'
Dont go looking for people at places that will take you to the deepest
Cos its hard climbing back up to reach to the highest
Its time to rethink and to re adjust
Cos life is too unfair for us to keep thinking it is just
We have to take our mind out of the gutter and stop thinking of lust
Cos we cant see through the bust
And we will end up with something that will take us back to dust
There's only one thing that can save us in this world
And that is to know God and keep him close
Therefore this is my time!

My world is at a stand still
I have no where to hide
It has pushed me into the light, I shout n look for shelter like a vampire
The walls are closing in on me like I have no time left to live
What I'm I to do to deserve a second chance
The sun shines on me like a thief that has been caught
Nothing makes sense to me as I stand and look around like a kid in a new school
My mind is drowning with the questions that are flooding it

Is my place in the dark? Where nothing is exposed and I feel no joy?
Are you still there?
The walls have slowed
Does that mean I'm safe? The light is still shining, should I be scared?
I thirst and hunger for what is unknown to the darkness
I don't know if you are still listening but I give up
Pinned to the ground and left in the sun
To starve and cry for what I wish to have
I don't make sense and nothing makes sense to me
Where is everyone?
Those that promised to be there in times of need?
Those that shared in the joy I used to have?
Those that loudly wished the best for me?
Have they all left me here?

The Best??

They never teach you how to live life but they bring you into this world and expect you to be the best
What is the best?
I could be a bum and lay in bed all day and be the best at it..does that make me the best?
I can sit and read all day, is that being the best?
everyone talks about being the best but have they achieved that?
Most often people who expect most from you ask, 'is this the best you can do?' but have you ever stopped to ask them what 'best' they are expecting
We all live in this world throwing words around like they were garbage
Most of us dont sit to analyze the effect of the word
Being the best is ignoring the rest
And being the best for yourself
But I still ask...what is the best?
Society has its own best
The family has the own best
Everyone says they want to be the best but have u asked them what being the best means?
As humans we come with expectations but more often than not we hardly know the destination of that
I, as a normal everyday human being will tell you to strive for the best but most importantly strive for YOUR BEST!

Absence

The absence 

 U never know the effect of a something until its gone 

People go and more come
But what always remains is FAMILY
but 

Wat if family leaves...den Wat next 

It's hard enough for single mothers/fathers but it's harder For both parents to be there but not there 

It's a make and break situation 

Ghanaian fathers have the mentality of having a family and only providing for them in terms of finance 

They leave out the emotional part of being a father 

Most of us children grow up with the fear of doing our fathers wrong because we know that's the end of our school and everything that has to do with finance 

I believe that u never fully understand how much one is worth or means to you until death shows himself 

I am no father therefore I don't know what it means to be a father 

But I am the child of my father and I know what it means to have a father but not have a father 

I was not asked to be born but I am here and living the life you gave to me 

I do not ask for anything but TIME 

I'm not afraid to lose you because it's like you are already gone  

The absence 

You are there but you are not there
We see you but it's like you are invincible to us 

Correct your mistakes and come into the light 

Come into the light and create a pathway for us to follow
Do not lead us astray because then u will lose us forever
